Started as Scientific Assistant, then as Scientific Officer, he rose to occupy the position of Senior Scientific Officer during his 11 year stay at the Indian Institute of Science till Dec.1990. |

| Moving to Industry in Jan 1991, he worked as Managing Director of Velkon Electro Tech Pvt .Ltd,. Bangalore for 5 years and Technical Director of Madhu Fabs Pvt Ltd., Bangalore for 6 years. |

| With a experience of over 8 years as Professor, Dean , Vice Principal and Principal at different Colleges in Bangalore, he has joined Ponjesly College of Engineering as a Principal in 2010. |

| As a Training Faculty, he conducted a Two Week Short Term Training Programme on Quality Control and Management sponsored by AICTE and ISTE.He was responsible for the establishment of R& D Centre in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and M.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering in MVJ College of Engineering , Bangalore and received Best Faculty award for two consecutive years. |
