Lab Name
Communication Systems Laboratory
The aim of this lab is to introduce same electronic components that make up communication systems more reliable, secure, better and faster. It offers handy experience to the students in generating and detecting data signals in various modulation formats and thus helps the students to understand the core materials of the course.
Linear Integrated Circuit Laboratory
Linear Integrated Circuit Laboratory has all the facilities like power supply kits, bread boards, CROs and required Integrated Circuits. All experiments prescribed by universities are carried out. The aim and procedure for carrying out experiments are explained by experienced staff members assisted by lab assistants. The experiments are based on two main ICs- 741 Operational Amplifiers and 555 Timers. Students learn how to design Instrumentation Amplifiers, both inverting and non-inverting, Astable multivibrators, Monostable multivibrators using operational amplifiers and timers ICs. Oscillator designs using operational amplifiers and timers are done and experimentally verified. The lab has uninterrupted AC main supply and fulltime is utilized in design and verification of circuits.
RF Laboratory
The main aim of this Radio Frequency lab is to analyze and test the various antennas and RF circuits. It includes plotting and analyzing the radiation pattern of different antennas so that the characteristics plot of different antennas can be well understood. It also includes the experiments on coaxial line on the measurement of VSWR, measurement of unknown Impedance and stub matching. So the students can get well practical knowledge about each and every antenna characteristic.
Microprocessor and Microcontroller Lab

The main objective of Microprocessor and Microcontroller lab is to familiarize the students about the architecture of 8086 processor, assembly language programming and interfacing with various programming modules. The student can also understand about 8051 microcontroller concepts, architecture, programming and applications of Microcontroller. Students can able to do any type of real time applications by knowing the concepts of Microprocessor and Microcontroller.

Electronic Devices and Circuits
From this Lab students can improve their practical knowledge of BJT configurations, BJT amplifier and FET amplifier, PN diode. The aim of this Lab is provide hands on experience in the characteristics and applications of electronics devices and development of electronics circuits. After completing this Lab, the students get knowledge about the Network Protocol, Wireless LAN data transfer, Network Protocol development in Network simulator, Data security.
Electronics circuits

Electronics circuits Laboratory gives basic idea on amplifiers. After the completion of lab, the students get idea on how to design an amplifier (BJT and FET) and about the characteristics of each amplifier. Also students get familiar with applications of an amplifier.

DSP Lab
DSP lab gives basic idea on MATLAB and C50 software's. Students can able to write the program in MATLAB. After the completion of MATLAB, students get idea on how to design a filter. It will be very helpful to do projects in Image processing, Artificial Intelligence, Networking etc.
VLSI Lab

The VLSI lab will be familiarizing the student to design the complicated circuits by using the software like XILINX and MODELSIM. They also become familiar with verilog and VHDL.

Microwave Lab

Microwave and optical lab contains sophisticated equipments/ components like klystron oscillator, Microwave frequency meter, Gunn diode oscillator, Antenna radiation setup, LED source, Photodetector, Analog & Digital communication kits, Fiber optic communication modules, Numerical aperture setup, Optical power meter, Function generator, Oscillators etc. Students are taught to do experiments using the above microwave devices, so that they can observe the application practically.

Digital Electronics Lab
To familiarize the fundamentals of digital circuits, combinational and sequential circuit. To study and design various synchronous and asynchronous circuits. To expertise the students to various memory devices and introduce digital simulation technique and for the development of application oriented logic circuit.
